– A 50% deposit will be required for the booking, the remainder will be paid upon arrival at Black Swan.
– Good hygiene is essential and guests should be dressed and perfumed for the occasion.
– When you make your booking you will receive an email with the address, if you do not receive it send us a message by clicking here (sending proof of payment).
– If you are unable to attend the appointment, you must notify us at least two hours in advance, otherwise no refund will be issued.
